It was created by Ou Wenwei . It tells us to take "Kindness and Benevolence as basis. Frankness and friendliness to Heart. Speak with reason. Treat with courtesy. Act with emotion. Accomplish result."

If man follow this, man will take in the good energy of the universe, the essence of the sun and the moon; absorb the good materialistic elements, power and energy of the universe, the sun and the moon that is good for the body; regulate and build up physiological functions and immunity power through practicing Pan Gu Mystical Qigong so that man will become more open minded, more strong against disease, physically and mentally healthier. Then man will be able to live longer.

Theory and Application

"Ou Wen Wei explains in his essay that Qi is an integration of forces, the main part and substances, the supplementary part, and the nature and functioning of Qi in human bodies. The healthy air in Chinese medicine is also referred to man's life-force, or vitality. According to traditional Chinese medical theory of the Meridians and Collaterals, the ancient Chinese said Qi is a supreme commander of blood, and blood is the mother of Qi. Blood will not flow without Qi and Qi functions with blood, they are closely related to each other. Mr. Ou further explains that Qi is the power to supply blood in human blood circulation system. Qi is the driving force to make the heart work, or to make the blood flow. Blood is the carrier of the driving force. He emphasizes that the Meridians and Collaterals are the channels of the workings of vitality, regarded as a network of passages, through which vital energy circulates and along which the acupuncture points are distributed. Forces are capable of passing through substances and the Meridians and Collaterals serve as the invisible passages. Men can perceive their existence with unique perceptive power though they can't be cognized from the viewpoint of anatomy.

The author gradually realizes with his special experiences, studies the relationship between force and substance in human body, the relationship between materalistic substances and the relationship between forces in the universe. He reasonably states that man can not recognize man's physiological functions and the relationship between man and nature well and thoroughly only by studying the visible materialistic world, but can recognize them through studying the invisible forces. It reported that man's immunity is associated with the power from the sun and the force field. Man's mood will be affected by the power from the moon. Astronauts will not feel comfortable when they are free from the earth's gravity. The healthy qi and the essence of the sun and the moon mentioned by our forefathers are referring to different forces and energies from the universe, the sun and the moon. Hence man should deal with not only the problems of bad moods if he wanted to be healthy, but also the problems in the relationship between forces and materialistic elements, and man and nature. Practicing qigong aims at taking in more healthy qi from the universe and the essence from the sun and the moon to strengthen man's vigor and life force.

Pan Gu Mystical Qigong (also called Qian Kun Qigong or Sun and Moon Qigong) is based on the above -mentioned theory and practice. Those who practice Pan Gu Mystical Qigong and remain kind, mild and tolerant will certainly become stronger and happier. Naturally, step by step, diseases will disappear from the bodies and man will live a long and healthy live. This is the secret why Pan Gu Mystical Qigong is very effective in curing disease and will not cause any trouble."
